Well, you have a balanced shape with 13 points. Seems like a natural weak 1NT opening. And you've got stoppers in all 4 suits. A bit short in hearts. Let's hope your partner has long hearts.

A good question. After all, 8 Spades are guaranteed. And there can be no more than 2 heart losers if you play in Spades. Seems as if a game is possible in Spades.

What about NT ? With West promising 13 points and a balanced hand, 3NT seems like a reasonable bet too, but at East you're a bit exposed in Hearts, perhaps, and your clubs are also a bit short. 3NT can be better, given that fewer tricks are required, and given also that you win more prizes on the first trick. But we'd have to hope the opposition don't run off too many clubs and heart tricks before we get in.

(An unknown worry to you at East: if partner's King of Hearts is covered by an Ace, you could be in trouble. 4 Spades seems safer, with hindsight).

And probably wiser for a sensible East with foresight, such as you.

你和搭档交流各自牌信息的时候，最主要的几点信息依次是:

你们是均衡牌型还是非均衡牌型；
你和搭档之间是否有一套匹配的花色来打高花有将定约，无将定约、或者低花有将定约；
你和搭档之间是否有足够的有将定约成局所需要的将牌张数（成局需要8张将牌）；
你和搭档之间是否有足够的成局点数：无将定约和高花有将定约成局需要至少25点。（低花有将定约则需要28点）。

如果你发现你们是均衡牌型，四个花色中均有止张，你们可以打无将定约。打无将定约的时候，你们两个需要（同时你们也有可能）交流具体的点数。如果你们有25点，那么你们应该叫到局（3无将＝3NT）。要清楚25点，可以有75％赢局的机率。（24点大多不够）。

如何才能做到交流如此具体的点数呢？这个网站的叫牌表格会具体地解释说明。

如果你们是非均衡牌型，也因此必须打有将定约的话，25点也是一个很好的提示你们叫到局（高花为将牌的前提下，叫到4阶即可）的起始指导点。但是要记住，打有将定约计算点数时，牌型是非常重要的。长套牌、缺门和单张也要被相应加分，除非缺门和单张出现在将牌花色中。对于低花有将定约来说，叫到5阶的局需要28点。

没有一门或者两门花色占据主导，也没有任何花色接近缺门；

为了阻止敌方在一门花色中大获全胜，你们需要一张大牌来止住他们。
按力量由强到弱排序，你们的止张可以是；单张A，K和另一张牌（KX），或者QXX。JXXX也许可以，但是你可能要忍受3个失墩。

点数：我的意思是大牌点(HCP)。牌型点在选定将牌花色之前是不算的，在打无将定约时很明显是要完全忽略的。（牌型点：缺门为5点，单张为3点，双张为1点）
